Regioeuropa Brussels chooses Apogee Essence Suite for its Extranet In the enlarged EU, increasing competition among the 25 member states and the companies participating in the common market calls for an active role of the local EU authorities as a link between the key players. In the struggle for ensuring EU capital Greek authorities along with their respective counterparts in other member states have an invaluable asset: REGIOEUROPA, a union of European local authorities, legal entities and persons, has been active as a non-profit organization since 2002. Its aim is to help local authorities in devising their local policies focusing also on a European perspective. Recently, Apogee Information Systems completed the full installation of Apogee Essence Suite v.2 on the Extranet of Regioeuropa. From now on, all members of Regioeuropa can easily store and retrieve information and be always informed, while the administrators can publish information either to members of the network or to the public following a simple process.
