Apogee Information Systems has successfully launched today the thematic portal on the European Territorial Quality Mark which is now accessible by all European citizens in five languages. The portal was built using the technologies of Apogee Essence Content Management Suite and its main purpose is to offer inclusive information for all interested entities that want to benefit from the ETQM initiative. The European Territorial Quality Mark is a common framework of cooperation for rural areas of the European Union which is co-financed by Community funds in the context of the LEADER+ Community initiative. Members of the ETQM are Greece, France, Italy and Spain.
